Vipin Alex Jacob
Illustrator
Vipin Alex Jacob is an illustrator who grew up in Doha, Qatar, and later immigrated to Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where he resides with his beautiful wife and three young daughters. Ever since his teacher mentioned that he couldn’t draw as a kindergartener, Vipin latched onto that pencil and went on a long quest to become a better artist. For the past seventeen years, he’s worked in the field of animation and children’s entertainment on projects such as Tinkerbell, Paw Patrol, and Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum. He has also been featured in Highlights and Chickadee magazines.
Christmas holds a special place in his heart as it awakens childhood memories of receiving Christmas cards and hearing traditional songs, as well as experiencing all the magical festivities that surround the holiday season. To have had the opportunity to collaborate with Kim, who had such a clear vision of a Christmas story, has been very exciting.
As a Christian, Vipin loves to share the heart and love of God through his illustrations. He also wants to share with others the true meaning of Christmas and hopes this book can open doors for beautiful and exciting conversations about an amazing Savior.
